Data released by the Department of the Interior and Local Government on Sunday show that 27,547 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) in jails managed by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology have been vaccinated against COVID-19 but quotes from officials suggested a higher number had been inoculated.
